2. Description of Service

EverFund provides a platform for entrepreneurs to connect, form venture families, share resources, and accelerate innovation. Our services include venture registration, founder profiles, collaborative ecosystems, service provider matching, and related tools for startup growth.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Venture Families and Equity Arrangements

EverFund facilitates the formation of venture families where members may share equity. You understand that:

EverFund is not a party to equity arrangements between venture family members
All equity agreements are between the participating ventures
You should seek independent legal and financial advice before entering equity arrangements
EverFund does not guarantee the success or performance of any venture or venture family
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable securities laws

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to our Service. By submitting content, you grant EverFund a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

EverFund owns all rights to the Service, including software, design, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Service Provider Marketplace

Our Service includes a marketplace for service providers willing to work for equity compensation. EverFund is not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of services provided. All arrangements are between the service provider and the venture.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement of third-party rights
Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Security of data transmission

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERFUND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
